  We deliver worldwide (including BFPO) using Royal Mail Airmail and International Signed For delivery.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We have three delivery zones: UK, Europe and Worldwide. We use Royal Mail to keep the costs as low as possible.

The normal(1) cost to deliver one pair of sunglasses or goggles is:

Europe / International Signed For: £5.33   3 days (we recommend that you allow up to 5 days)
Worldwide / Airmail: £2.69   1-3 weeks
Worldwide / International Signed For: £5.30-£6.19(2)   5 days (we recommend that you allow up to 10 days)

(1) Our Store automatically calculates the cost of delivery, based on the destination country. The cost depends on the total weight of your order and the zone for your destination country. For more information on shipping methods please click here.
(2)£53.0 for weight up to 120g, rising to £6.19 for weight up to 200g

With Recorded Signed for  / International Signed For you can track your delivery here. With International Signed For sometimes you can only track it in the UK - it depends on the receiving country.

Payment in non-Sterling Currencies

Please pay using your PayPal account or by debit/credit card through PayPal. If you need a different payment method, please contact us.

Our prices are displayed in Euros alongside UK Sterling. We use a conversion rate which we update regularly but the actual price that you pay in Euros may vary very slightly depending on the exchange rate that you are offered.    

Importing and Exporting

We take care of all issues and documents for exporting from the UK. These are the main considerations for you:

- When products are sent to countries in the European Union, there is no import VAT or duty to pay.
- When products are sent to countries outside the European Union, the receiver may have to pay import VAT and duty. These are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer. We have no control over customs duties or import fees and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
- We will complete and send any export documentation required.
- As Eyewear Systems Ltd is not registered for VAT, then you will not be able to reclaim input VAT.

British Forces Posted Overseas

Subsidised delivery is provided through the UK Post Office. If you are sending to a BFPO address, please treat it as a UK address when completing the Shipping Address information

- put the full BFPO address in the address fields
- select 'BFPO' as the County
- put a dash in any Shipping Address fields that you do not want to complete so they do not pick up the Invoice Address details
- select 'United Kingdom' as the destination country
- select 'First Class Recorded Signed For' or 'Special Delivery' as the postal method

Please note that compensation for Special Delivery is less than the UK rates and there is a maximum weight of 2kg. Delivery to some BFPO destinations may be provided free of charge and if this is the case we will refund the postal charges to you. All other countries use the Worldwide delivery costs.

Product Returns

Please follow the standard returns process. We are prepared to consider varying this where the costs of return will be very high - please contact us on an individual case basis.

Dropshippers based outside the UK may direct their customers to return products directly to us. However the dropshipper must follow the returns process and a returns authorisation must be given.
