Changing the Lenses: Slide the nosepiece off the lenses first. Then, take one end of the lens in your right hand and the frame in your left hand. Holding the frame vertically, firmly tug the lens down while pushing the frame up. You will have to bend the frame and lens slightly to get the lens out. Pop out the middle portion and then do the same with the other side lens.
To replace the lenses: Put each side of the lens in first, then lastly snap in the middle portion - you may have to slightly bow/bend the lens again. Finally, replace the nosepiece on the glasses.

Removing the Lenses: Hold the bottom center of the frame (by the nose area) and pull the upper side of the frame. The top portion of the lens will pop out. Hold the top center of the lens and pull out. Inserting the Lenses: Hold the bottom center of the frame (by the nose area) and align the bottom of the lens to the grooves of the bottom center of the frame. Press the lens into the grooves of the frame. Align the right and left sides of the lens to the grooves of the frame. Pull the top portion of the frame upward and align the lens into the groove of the frame. Push down on the frame. Press firmly on all sides of the frame to make sure that the lens is placed tightly in the frame. To pop out the lenses: First you will be pushing the lenses outward from inside the goggle, not outward facing the front of the goggle. Place your thumb and index finger on the upper, inner corner of each lens (the upper corner closest to the nosepiece) and firmly push outward to pop out. To replace the lenses: Put the top of the lens in (starting with the corner next to the nose) from the OUTSIDE looking at the front of the goggles, and stretch the bottom of the frame over the lens.
